Process:
- Your school and CodeChum will sign a MOA.
- Your teachers and students can use the app right away at the start of the semester.
- After midterm period, your school will send a count of the number of students who utilized CodeChum.
- CodeChum will validate the number of students and will then send a billing invoice to your school.
- Your school will send the payment to CodeChum through bank deposit.

Process:
- Teachers sign up for free accounts and have full app access.
- Students sign up for free accounts as well. This comes with a trial period where there's a full access to all features for 15 days.
- After 15 days, students are automatically downgraded to the free, limited version of CodeChum which they could still use to participate in the class and answer the activities. (see the limitations of the free, limited version below)
- Only if the students want to, they can voluntarily upgrade their accounts to access additional features by sending payment directly to CodeChum. (see the payment options below)

Note:
- All teacher accounts are free and have full access.
- The charging is per student, not per student per course/subject.
- For Individual Plan payment options, students can pay via GCash, Bank Transfer, or Retail Outlets.
- For Individual Plan, the limitations of the free, limited version are the following:
3-minute cooldown per code execution - the student would need to wait 3 minutes before being able to execute their code again
single submission only - the student cannot resubmit an updated version of their solution anymore
no access to lesson materials
no access to CodeChum’s Playground (online IDE for practice or test codes)
